Accepts user input of purchase price and weekly rent to calculate gross yield. A second screen accepts user input for expenses, eg property taxes, body corporate / condominium fees, insurance and repairs, to calculate the net yield. A third screen accepts the weekly rent and the gross and net yield required to calculate the maximum purchase price to achieve the yield.
