Hawk Eye is a mobile Crime Reporting application which allows users to report various crime types using users location data to identify nearest officer to crime scene by matching users location data with nearest officers for faster and efficient response using other criteria such as officers skills, weaponry certifications, expertise, estimated time of arrival and distance.
