URBTIX provides one-stop ticketing services to event presenters and ticket buyers. Apart from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's performance venues, it also covers a number of venues not managed by LCSD. URBTIX services include counter sale at about 40 outlets across the territory, telephone as well as 24-hour Internet booking.
