The worst app that accepts our mail and keeps on sending return emails as well as calls saying they will solve the issue. This has been happening to me since 4 days. My plan isn't working and the balance is being depleted, they are saying they will look into and cleverly extending it day by day so as to drag it up to the end of the validity period. Providing tariff plans and after deducting the money, they are saying the plan may not be applicable and they will speak to the concerned department. And keeping off the phone. Such a cheap trick. Very horrible and disgusting app!
