As of this writing, I have not used the app or device extensively. On arrival the device rattled,on advice for tech, I opened and found the battery holder floating (2 sided tape contaminated by some type of grease). The main issue I have at this time is on loading the app, it is always upside down, making the use of the tablet case useless. Have sent an email to tech support but have not received a reply (3 days).
