Since the latest update, this app is crap! Once or twice a week on a weekly basis, it does not function."Can't connect to server or network". The support is non-existent. They email you saying that they are working on the issue and tell you to close and open the app (this does absolutely nothing to solve the problem). I paid for the premium package which was a major mistake. This will be remedied shortly. Don't bother paying for premium since it does not function quite often. If you rely on this to track your children, don't bother. It's out so often that it is useless for parents.
