That due to changes in Android, on Android 6 and up this app now requires ROOT. If you do not know what this means, you do not have it. There are several really great apps available to track usage of your device's processor and battery. For example, I use Bstats which shows nice graphs of aggregate processor use and battery drain/charge over time.
