Syska Gadget Secure is a very bad app. They make false claims about the policy. The claim process is very long and tedious. I had a very bad experience dealing with them, it has been more than 25 days since I have started the claim process and still don't know when it is going to end.
I would never recommend this to anyone.Times Global Insurance is a far better option then Syska.
50 Days still not settled. Worst Experience.
Lost 10 days in just a phone pick up. Always the toll free number is busy, the landline number is busy.
20 days earlier, I got to know that it could go under total loss.
For total loss, I should get 90% of the bill amount as per Syska.
Last 20 days, I heard the same status.
They are not sticking to what they claim (21 days claim settle).
Total till now it is going to be 52 days, to get my refund still unsure.
The worst part is that they don't pick up our calls or their numbers are always busy.
