Worst piece of crap company ever. I trusted in the Samsung brand name for everything until I wasted $1300 on my HD DVR system & cameras. This app doesn't support them, and even the hanwha website that replaced ipolis is broken and will not register devices. Remote viewing whatsoever is impossible and Samsung never released a firmware update to fix DDNS so this can happen with other apps.
