If you recently took an update from Samsung and it broke access to switching between LTE and 3G, it's Samsung fault, as they permanently blocked developers from accessing it. Please don't give me 1-2 stars for something I can't fix, but others still find useful. What do this app do? Toggle between 3G and 4G with a few clicks for nearly any device regardless of manufacturer.
