Creates a Bluetooth beacon using the Eddystone-URL format. Eddystone is an open Bluetooth Smart beacon format that supports Android and iOS devices. Support for Bluetooth peripheral mode is required. This is only available on some newer devices, which include, but are not limited to: Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 6, Nexus 9, Moto E 4G LTE, LG G4, Galaxy S6.
